Here at Bay Sweet Shop we aim to keep full stock of all our products. If this cannot happen due to Supplier issues or surge in demand, the listing should show Out Of Stock. If this is the case and you cannot wait please send us an email and we will try our best to help.
Quality of Products
Bay Sweet Shop only sends out the best quality products to our customers well within the best before date. However we cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by climatic conditions once the goods have left our premises.
Here at Bay Sweet Shop we endeavour to offer high quality sweets online at a great price. Due to the nature of the ingredients these prices may fluctuate. This is a rare occurrence and whenever possible we will always deliver the best value to you our customer.
If you wish to return goods which are not damaged or faulty, you must inform us within seven working days on receipt of the order. Goods must be returned to us at your cost, in their original packaging and condition, intact and unopened before a refund will be issued.
